Level 3: 5 yr + - 5 swimmers: 1 instructor Prerequisite: MUST be able to swim across the pool independently. Submerge entire body, float on back for 1 minute, front and back glide, flip from front to back, back to front, swim freestyle 12 meters, swim backstroke 12 meters, tread water using arm and leg motions 30 seconds, Goals: Jump into deep water from the side, dive from kneeling or stand
