Advanced Swimmers (Min. age - 5 yrs / Max. age- 17yrs ) Swimmers must not need a floatation device and have passed the Star Hill Swim Test: swimming across the pool once with no assistance. Our Advanced Swimmers class resembles a endurance swim clinic, "get ready for swim team." The instructors will focus on the following swim skills.

Freestyle with flip turns (100 yards)
Backstroke with flip turns (100 yards)
