Advanced Swimmers (Min. age - 5 yrs / Max. age- 17yrs ) Swimmers must not need a floatation device and have passed the Star Hill Swim Test: swimming across the pool once with no assistance. Our Advanced Swimmers class resembles an endurance swim clinic, "get ready for swim team." The instructors will focus on the following swim skills.

Freestyle with flip turns (100 yards)
Backstroke with flip turns (100 yards)
